17″ Powerbook killed by latest update

It seems one of the latest updates (Security Update, Pro Applications Support, iTunes or Safari 3 Beta) from apple has killed the 17″ Powerbook.Â I won’t be installing them on the 12″ Powerbook or theÂ dual g5.Â There’s one otherÂ instance so far on theÂ Apple Discussions board.Â Thanks apple!Â

Hi Jen,

You are a real computer wiz aren’t you! I was wondering if you could teach me how to report spammers like you reported me today. I get so many unsolicited email and they are not the polite request to connect like I sent you. By the way, I am sorry about that I really didn’t mean to tick you off like that and oh ya, FFA stands for Free For All it is a site that accepts URL and text based links that some call advertisments from anyone who submits them. The deal is that the owner, me in this case, can send one email to each person that posts or submits. There is clearly a problem with the system, if it wasn’t you who posted and submitted your email address then it was someone trying to push your buttons. Perhaps they know you are the spam police. Whatever it seems to have worked, they got to you but this time you are not the victim, WE are.

I was also wondering what website spamming is. I read something about how you collected website spammers for a year and I really didn’t get it. Could you explain that one to me?

I also took a few mintes to browse through your TheSecretWeb site, you know the ones where people confess stuff, wow there are a lot of lonely people out there aren’t there? One confesser is on the verge of suicide. That is so sad. If we could only help.

Anyway Jen I am serious about the request to teach me how to report spam so thoroughly like you do. If you could write a post about it or even a short white paper (I bet you could sell thousands of copies as most people I meat have serious spam issues). I don’t know how many “penis enlargement” emails I get in one day. Its sick. How would they know

I guess the main question I have is how do you find all the email addresses that you can send the abuse report to?

P.S. I love your Honourary Canadian Citizenship site. There are lots of wanabe’s eh! I once heard there was a company in the States that sells a travelers’ Canadian Kit complete with a Canadian flag patch for the backback LOL! Hey there is another idea for you to sell to all those honourary Canucks!
